Shipping and returns
Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. You get a tracking number by email once the parcel is on its way.
How to set it up
Paste your business profile link at checkout. We program the chip and print the matching QR code. Peel the backing, press it onto the counter, and point customers at it as they pay.
What actually happens when someone taps it
Phone NFC powers the chip from a couple of centimetres away. No battery in the card.
The chip stores one URL: your review page. That is the entire payload.
The browser opens without the customer unlocking, searching or typing anything.
Stars, optional comment, done. Most people finish before they have put their card away.

Things people ask before ordering
How long will delivery take?
Usually 2 to 3 weeks. You get a tracking number by email once the parcel is on its way.
Does the customer need an app?
No. Tapping opens their normal browser straight on your review page. The chip stores a link and nothing else.
What if their phone has no NFC?
They scan the QR code printed on the same card. Every card ships with both, so nobody gets stuck.
Can I change where it points later?
Yes, free, as often as you like. Email us the new link and we will reprogram it remotely.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once for the card. No subscription, nothing expires.
